I am a creativity keynote speaker who helps organizations build cultures where creativity doesn't just solve problems - it creates meaning.
Inspired by the cross-disciplinary spirit of the Renaissance, I’ve spent two decades exploring how the world’s most creative companies – like Apple, Pixar, Disney, and Beats – build cultures that resonate. This thinking has shaped leadership conversations across industries – from financial services and technology to retail, pharma, and mining.
As the founder of The Artian, I’ve helped global teams at Google, TikTok, SAP, and Teva rethink leadership, innovation, and storytelling through a creative lens.
I’m a speaker and advisor, a professor at IE Business School, the storytelling coach at Harvard Innovation Labs, and a mentor at the MIT Arts Startup Incubator.
